I've paid, downloaded, and installed the software. I have got Tivo Transfer running, and it seems to have found my tivo, now I click on my tivo's name and wait to see a list of my shows, I wait, wait, wait, wait and what do I get: NOTHING!

What's going on? I am starting to consider getting a refund. This is not worth $89!

I have the same problem.  The busy-wheel spins for about 2 seconds until stopping, but no program listings are shown.  I've even tried with a bogus Media Access Key (MAK) and noticed that the program was busy for much longer (+10 seconds).  Unfortunately, it's not possible to look at the network traffic between my Mac and the Tivo because the HTTP (SSL) is used for communication.

I've taken a screen-shot of my program and posted it here:

And, yes, I do have videos stored on the Tivo.  I am really amazed that this program doesn't work.  There are several other open-source programs available that can transfer Tivos without any issues.

I have been in the same boat now for nearly a week and have tried everything I can think of to get Transfer to see my Tivo files. I have been using the freeware 'Tivo Decode' to move my files to my Mac and it works great, so this is not a network problem as such. Others that have the exact same set up that I have (PowerMac  Dual 2.0 G5, Series 2 DT Tivo and ethernet through a Linksys router) have reported that they have had no difficulties at all. I got a response from Roxio online tech support initially and they suggested a few things to try which did not solve the problem. I have still not heard back from them - 4 days now and waiting.

Send me a PM with your contact information (name, phone, e-mail, availability) please and I'll contact you to troubleshoot this.

Thanks
