Windows cannot find RxMon.exe

I just installed Roxio version 9 on my Windows 2k machine and now I am getting this error when trying to play an audio disc or any disc in my CD-ROM. "Windows cannot find RxMon.exe" Any ideas?

It's from your version 6 Audio Central Media Manager.
