Toast 8 Did NOT download! Download Problem; Poor Service

Yesterday (January 9, 2007) I purchased a downloadable upgrade from Toast Titanium 7 to Toast Titanium 8. I received a serial number -- which I have already registered on your website.

However, TOAST 8 NEVER DOWNLOADED. My browser either froze or quit and I have not received any response to inquiries in the Customer Service/Support area of your website. (That, by the way, is one of the MOST poorly designed and difficult-to-navigate that I have ever encountered!) :)

MY ORDER NUMBER WAS: 4815626700

I HAVE A VALID SERIAL NUMBER!

HOW DO I GET MY DOWNLOAD?????

I also was not able to download my upgrade to Toast Titanium 8 yesterday 01-09-07. It stopped downloading at 62% and I can't get it to finish downloading from Speed Download 4. How do I talk to someone at Roxio for I also have other issues to talk to them about ?

you can go to www.findmyorder.com to login and re-download your purchase... and customer service information can be easily found here

Same for me.
I purchased a downloadable version (79,99 euros) !! I tried several times to download it (using Safari or Firefox), and downloadling stops after 4 Mo ... each time. I'm far from the 140 Mo expected. :huh:

I want to download and use my paid software ....

I'm a registered user, I have a legal serial number, where is the problem ? I've paid 79,99 euros instead of 49,99 for an upgrade from Toast 7 ... (I've seen the upgarde option a little bit later :) )

Are you trying to download from home or at work? What kind of internet connection do you have? Do you have any download managers installed?
