There is a post and suggestion about -50 error.

But I think "-50 error" is not enough to figure out what exactly the problem is.

Well, it's a .bin/.cue file that I've burned before using Toast 7. It also burns fine on my PC...so I know the file is good. Also, strangely enough, Toast 8 will mount the file and I can copy it from there. However, I've created 2 coasters burning the file directly. The error said something about a Mac OS error. I'm not prepared to waste another blank, but I'm betting it's some bug in Toast 8. I'm going to reinstall Toast 7 to see if it burns OK using the old version, which should tell the tale.

Exactly what kind of bin/cue is it. Audio, video, data? What was it created with? There are lots of different bin/cue files and without more info, it's hard to troubleshoot it.

It's a DVD video. Fits on a single layer DVD disk.

Do you know what it was created with?

Try removing the cue from the folder and just adding the bin file to image format, not bin/cue format. That may work.
