does anyone know if there is a way to have a program that is scheduled for auto-transfer to then be automatically exported to iTunes? i am looking to have each night's daily show waiting for me in iTunes in the morning to load onto my iPod.

No, it does not support auto-export... only auto-transfer.
AutoTransfer will automatically move the shows from your TiVo to your Mac as soon as they are recorded, but it does not burn or convert them automatically.

This is why I just bought a TiVO and TiVoToGo. (even though I am having the "DVR doesn't show up" problem).. I am thinking about doing something through automator..
