PRODUCT WAS WORKING.....NOW WHILE "CONFIGURING FILES" I GET MESSAGE: c:\hp\tmp\src\.......The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable."   The module required is: MyDVD.msi.
How do I get access to this module.   I did a google search on this problem and others are experiencing the same thing......I did not find any solution during this search.
Can anyone help me with this?

This error requries a reinstall of the application. This error typically comes up on OEM versions of the software, perhaps due to the changes made or the changed install paths. You will have to go back to the OEM for a copy of the installer if you don't have one.
