I burn audio copies of live music and some songs go right into each other. How do I set up the program so the track doesn't stop and then go into the next song?

the easiest way would be to record the entire thing as one file. If you already have separate files, add them to Sound Editor and export as one long file. Use that file to create an audio CD.

Specify gap size as 0.0 seconds in Music Disc Creator.
