After install - Attempt to open ANY of the procedures and I get a small box saying:  ERROR: Cannot Open Skin  and there is a box for exiting the error. It goes back to main Roxio page but nothing I do will allow program to run. Always same error.

I'm sure it's a conflict with something in Norton's Internet Security, but how do I resolve it? Norton is in "Learning mode", but still I can not use Roxio 9.

Help please.  OH...Using XP Media Center 2 G Ram. HP Pavilion 7570. Have Norton Security Center installed in learing Mode. Installed Rixio 9 PRIOR to installing Norton.

Uninstall EMC 9, reboot, disable all of your Security Center, virus protection, pop up blockers, etc., and try the install again.

OK..uninstalled. Attemped to reinstall, it gets just so far and asks for the install disk ... but it's already in the drive !  Now what...it won't install? All Norton stuff is turned off.
