Does anyone have any idea how to properly fill in the customer information on the Media Ticker Setup Installation. One my first try, a serial number was already filled in the space. Media Ticker wouldn't install. So I then entered my personal serial number in its place - I got an error message which said my serial number was not valid. Any suggestions?

Hi Lacrimo. MediaTicker is a free product and so the serial number is pre-entered into the installation dialogs. There should be no need to change it. What was the error when you tried to complete the install with the default serial number?

Also, where did you get your "personal" serial number from? Perhaps this was a serial number for another Roxio product? Just curious.
