My Tivo to Go does not work EITHER on MAC or PC.


A Tivo tech this A.M. told me that for dual tuner models, the latest
Tivo software is defective and does not permit transfers.  They are
working on it.  We should all call and yell so they feel the need to
GET THIS FIXED!!!

That has to be a lie they told you, because i am able to transfer stuff from my dual tuner to my windows computer using the software for windows and i used the tivodecoder software for mac and was able to transfer over files....So that tech might of given you some bad info......I have dealt with tech's over at tivo alot and they always give you a different story....
