How to convert *.gi in *.iso

I have casually save DVD in a gi format and now would like to convert it in iso

.gi is a Sonic 'Record Now' image file.
You may be able to open it with Ultraiso or a similar conversion program and convert it to .iso but I'm not sure.
If you have Record Now installed - open it with that and burn it to the disc
