The Error seems to occur while the audio-bar grows. After transcoding with Canopus Procoder2 to mpeg, the image was created. It seems, that Roxio's or Sonic's transcoder is not as good as the Canopus one and not as error-tollerant if there was an error in the stream.
The stream could be handled as the canopus procoder shows.
