I have PSP firmware rev. 2.71 above.  Try to copy files that been converted to MPEG-4.  When process is complete and transfered to PSP, get error cannot be played on the PSP player.  Any knowledge by anyone is greatly appreciated.  Roxio seems to know little.

Newer firmware (2.8+) comes with a folder called VIDEO in the root directory. Try dragging the file in there to see if it plays.
