Why in the world would Roxio/SS allow such a terrible manual to be included with their product? I just advised someone that ISRC was not available in the upgrade and that Jam would obviously still have some appeal for many who needed such things. Then I found out it was there (requiring a tick of a Preference to be turned on) after searching a manual that literally makes NO MENTION OF IT AT ALL.  :)

So, I end up costing Roxio one sale due to the laziness of the "tech writers" on staff.

The manual is weak with regard to the "Jam" audio CD features added to Toast 8. Roxio has added some files on their support page for Toast that fills much of this void in the manual.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
