Error roxio_central22.exe program won't open

I just loaded Easy media Creator suite 9 and can not get it to open. The registrating screen opens and an error pops up. I have tried reloading, repariing etc. What could be wrong?
That should read roxio_central33.exe file has an error. Not 22.exe

How about some information on your system specs, especially video/graphics card, hard drive space. At the moment you have given no information other then "my program won't start"
