If you are not going to use the Drag to Disc program in the suite - uninstall it. (udfreader is part of that app and nothing else)
Just as a matter of interest, most of us here would run a mile faster than use D2D for any backup work. In common with all packet writing programs (Sonic DLA, Nero InCD, etc) it's notoriously unreliable and a good way to lose data. It's all down to how the data is written and stored more than the app itself

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

I am happy to find an answer to my problem as Roxio Support seem they do not have a handel on this problem. I have searched their knowledge base several times and found nothing. This type of error would be quite common when disabeling Drag to Disc. I have an other program that when I use that program I have to disable the Disc to Drag at start up for the other program to work.
One party said to remove the Drag to Disc part of the program. Is this done when installing the program or done after it has been installed??
Thanks for any information!!!

You can do it after; there is a separate entry for it in Windows add or removve programs.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
