Hi, I have lots of saved ".disc" files from Toast 6 audio CD projects, but they won't open with Toast 8. Any ideas on what I can do about this or how to convert them? Is this an intentional "lack of support" issue or just a bug? Either way, it's a BIG disappointment.

It will not open these because Toast 8 has very different Audio CD setting options than previous versions of Toast. You'll need to keep Toast 6 available to open those files.
A workaround is to open the file in Toast 6 and choose Save as Disc Image. The resulting disc image will have all your settings from Toast 6 and can be dragged to the Toast 8 audio window where you can add the additional Toast 8 audio options to the tracks.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
