Ok so I am new at this and I am trying to add files.
However, everything I pick my video (its in avi) it does nothing. I see some kind of bar for a second and after that it just takes me back to the page. Everything slows down and I can't click on anything in that window and I have to end up quitting.
Can someone teach on how to prevent this from happening and add video files?

oh yeah i forgot to mention that the file i wanted to put on was like 233 mb. I dont know if that has something to do with it.

What product are you using?
You select Add Files, select your video, import it, and you see a progress bar on the status of the import. Does the process complete? If so a thumbnail should be placed on your main screen menu.
If the file was not imported successfully, it could be because the file is incompatible. What format is the file? How was it produced?
