Hi

I managed  to create an iPod format video with EMC9. The audio goes out of sync after maybe 10 minutes.

Can someone please advise where/what to check?

Not really sure.  Make sure your hard drive is defragged and no other programs are running.
It might be helpful to post your system info as well so that we can see if anything stands out.
