[why update?]

It is a good idea if you have twice the time to burn disk as you did with Toast 7.
On a MacPro, 10.4.8 with two 36x superdrives and Toast 7 works faster and better than Toast 8.
So why did I spend the bucks?  Just supporting the software yahoos for nothing I guess.
Also if you are using Suitcase and controling system fonts you can not control Helvetica.dfnt because Toast 8 needs it.
