I have been using maxell since I got Toast 6 way back when.

I live a good distance from major retail stores.

They just opened a Circuit City within 4 miles of me and I thought I
died and went to heaven it was so close.

Unfortunately CC does not carry Maxell so I bought TDK brand.
Not wanting to EVER buy El Cheapo brands.

Well after hours of blaming my self and wasting time checking every thing
ITS THE TDK !!!!!

I got a Sense Key Medium Error Sense Code 0x73, 0x3
Unfortunately I did not get the error code the first time,
it just had a failed to record notice.
Unless I missed it somewhere .

I have not brought the TDK back yet, I somehow remember that opened recordable
media can not be returned.

Any one elese have an issue with TDK.
CC also sells Memorex and HP.

As an Audio freak I never read any good reviews about Memorex and HP
is a new player in the low end area.

I only use the Maxell Pro CD's for music
I guess I will have to continue to travel the 25 miles to get the Maxell.
