I have produced a DVD in NTSC for a friend. Now She wants to send it to her friends in Ireland. Are there any PAL vs. NTSC issues?

You'll have to make a new one in PAL - NTSC won't work here
US TV system - 525 line, 30 frames/sec, NTSC colour sub-system
Irish TV system - 625 line, 25 frames/sec, PAL colour sub-system
