Wont convert anything Thinks my recordings are HD

Hi, I had a trial version of this software about 6 moths ago and it was file.... yesterday I decided to purchase it.... so Paid my money installed the software with the key and gave it a go...... Very dissapointed as it fails every time sayingthat the file I am trying to convert is HD format....... as far as I am aware they are not. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this..... Any help is appreciated or do I need to look for a refund....
