Everything closes then the Home Page pops back up again.


I've captured,edited,authored,burned,backed up..........................just want to start printing labels.


Any suggestions....?

That's a Microsoft C++ error - seems to cause a LOT of problems (google it and you'll see what I mean)

I'd say IE7 and WMP11 - but if I remember, you took those out unless IE7 has snuck back in again

No, I never removed them. (Must be confusing me with someone else....there are a lot of us take your advice)

Never had any cause to as everything I have used in EMC9 so far has been o.k. after a few "tweaks".

Just need a "tweak" for this one.

I'll pass for the time being.

If importing images into Label Creator is my only problem at the moment I'll use other Label software that I have installed.
