I have been using EMC9 for a few months now. I upgraded from EMC8. I have unistalled both versions because I continue to crash. I want to reinstall version 9. Does anyone know if I should reinstall version 8 and then upgrade to 9 leaving both versions on my HD or should I do a complete removal of eight before I install 9.  :)

I'd recommend you uninstall both programs and then run the MS Installer Cleanup utility to remove all traces of Roxio from your syestem and then re-install EMC9
