:)    I tried to burn a music CD and the WAV file names are non-english.  Of course, I can see those files in XP's windows explorer or other software but Creator 9.

I opened a ticket for 3 weeks and called the ROXIO support; the ticket is closed now because there is no fix.

Does anyone have a solution?

Are you talking about file names or adding text? If file names, I've never noticed any problem with Irish names but have with Videowave.

If I import a list of mp3s to create an audio CD, I do see the 'proper' filenames with the accented characters

As far as Videowave is concerned, this is a known issue and has been reported to Roxio

There is no provision for non-English character set in Videowave (I can't use the accented irish characters for example)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

The file name is in Chinese characters and I cannot even add it in after clicking the "Add Music" button while trying to create a music CD.

In the Data creation module, same file can be added but the file name is displayed as "????.WAV".

I'm not sure if Chinese is an optional install on the program to be honest. Did it offer that on the install when you started?
