DVDit HD Pro Program hangs

Program loaded. On running, program hangs. All I get is a half second burst of what I take to be the opening screen in the centre of my monitor. That's all - nothing else.

Scott at Sonic fixed the problem in the twinkling of an eye. All is now sweetness and light!!
