I have created a video as a community service on their computer in Adobe Premiere. I am ready to burn it and the program won't recognize the dvd burner. It has been suggested that I burn the dvd in Roxio (which they have on their computer) but I must confess I am not sure:
a: what to tell premiere to save the file as (what file do I need to burn in Roxio)
and
b: what files to burn (OK maybe this is the same question as part a).

What files do I need to burn??
Thanks

It really depends on what you have created in Adobe… If it is an Adobe project file, it is only usable in Adobe. (don't have Adobe so I don't know what the file extension is)

If they were output as video files, mpg or AVI, you would use MyDVD and add the files through Add Title, then burn.

If Adobe created a DVD structure, VIDEO_TS folder with files named ifo, vob, etc. in it, you could use Disc Copier to burn them to disc.

Tell us what you have to work with.

Sorry to be too vague. I can make the video into an avi. I don't think adobe got far enough to build the DVD structure. But..if it had, would I select all of the files in the Video_TS folder and use disc copier?
Thanks for the info.
