Could someone point me in the right direction please? I have no idea how my certificate file got delted or corrupt.  I need to know what to do.  When I click on the icon....it says this.....

"The certificate file is missing or corrupt.  Please reinstall"

Can someone tell me how to do this?  I have exhausted all possiblities...and I really don't want to have to pay 35 bucks to speak with someone!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Taeylor

OK - if you installed IE7 or WMP11 remove them before starting

Uninstall EMC from add/remove programs

Download and run the MS Cleanup utility and remove all traces of Roxio

After you installed it, did you go to the program folder and click on msicuu.exe?

No, no one thinks you're crazy.  The first thought of most is that it would autorun when you install it.  As you found out, it does not.

You are welcome.
