When you first run SoundSoap, the Bias Authorization Manager pops up. First you must select Sound Soap SE 2 which is at the bottom of the list. Type in your serial number and email address. The AUTHORIZE button should then be selectable.
Make sure you have selected the correct Bias application in the list. Otherwise, the Authorize button will NOT be available.
Once you have clicked the Authorize button, you may get another dialog box with this:
"Based on the email address you submitted, we were unable to locate you in our database. If this is the first BIAS product you are registering, please complete the registration information in the next window."
Just click OK so you can proceed to the next dialog box for registering the product.
