Wide screen showing letterbox on normal TV?

Ok, here is the deal.  I have been all worked up about building a video with my new 16:9 camera and now that I have successfully made a movie for my widescreen TV I noticed it "scrunches" the picture on my other TV (4:3).  How can I get the movie I made to show 16:9 with a black bar top and bottom so I don't get the ratios all messed up?
Not that any of this makes any sense to me, but if it helps...my system:
