The old Videowave 7 had files you could use, like rotating flowers, airplanes taking off, etc.

Bit steep for 6mins. I could buy a commercial DVD for that.
Here is The Archive. All kinds of royality free JPEGs, clips and entire movies! They have some very nice animated backdrops great for use as MyDVD motion backgrounds.
