When I put my CD in to pick the songs to put on a disc it just doesn't happen. I am unable to bring the list of songs up on the right side of the screen so that I can just drag and drop. I was able to use it one time them unable to use it after that. What happened?

I don't know. What program, in the suite, are you using? It is pretty much a piece of cake.
