Can anybody help me ?

I have PM G5 Dual 2GHZ-2GBRAM-MACOSX 10.4.8.
I have Toast 6.11 with Spin Doctor 2.02.

I am very bored because when I import track from my vinyl everything is ok. But sometimes when i need to pass a filter to remove some noise and enhanced audio some music play with problems and some moments the audio jumps inside that track.
I have already tried to discover when the problem ocurr and I find that it is after the application of the filters or in the separation of the music.

I have already update the Spin Doctor (2.02) but the problem persist.

What is happening ?
