I opened a web ticket on 1/28 on this. I guess no one reads them so I am reposting here hoping that someone at Roxio can help me before the rebate time expires on me.
I purchases Toast 8 in conjunction with the TiVO rebate offer. I need to get a copy of the confirmation reciept for my $30 rebate. I never recieved one and I had to get my CD key from your website. Please provide me with the reciept email or instruction on how to get it.

if you go to www.findmyorder.com and login to your order, you will be able to view your invoice and print it
Since you have Tivo, I would think you are located in US and Customer Service can be reached at 1-866-280-7694
