I am getting a yellow vertical grid/lines through my menu and video. It started with the default menu. I used to be able to change menu and normally the lines would disapper. That is not happening anymore. How do I get rid of them.

That sounds like you have the "TV Safe Zone" turned on. Go to View -> Show TV Safe Zone and turn it off.
