How would I restrict narration (via microphone) to one panel? In other words: I narrate, and I would like the duration of the panel to take in the entire narration but stop when the narration is done.

In Timeline, click on the panel that you want to add narration to. Then, click on the Internal Tracks tab. Right click on the panel, and click on Add Narration. When you are done with your narration, click Done in the narration box, then click Done to the lower left of the screen to get back to the main Storyline.

Test play the narration. You may have to adjust the duration of the panel to run as long as your narration.
