I've never tried it but I understand that that happens. I think it is "normal business hours" for the US west coast If you have a sales/purchase issue, just call inside sales. If you have a question/issue about he program, you'll probably get good advice here. Post your question and your computer specs.

It is during normal business hours (East Coast) but if the chat fills up (all available agents are chatting) then it shouldnt allow any new chats. Anyway, you can post your issue here. Most of users on the fourm (including myself) keep some odd hours.
