I have a iMac, wireless DLink network and 2 series 2 Tivos. When I initially installed Toast 8 I chose an external Firewire drive for the destination for Tivo files then entered the MAK and my DVRs do not show up. I reset the Tivo file destination to the Toast standard (upon a suggestion here), I've re-entered the MAK, cycled power to Tivos/computers/routers, changed internet sharing/personal web sharing services and re-installed Toast8 to no avail. My DVRs do not show up. I am able to use Tivo Decode manager as well as surf the Tivos using the Https://ip address function.

In addition I have tried all of the pinned Patatrox ideas above, the DVR still does not show up.  Any other ideas out there rox?

Still Frustrated in VA.....

I am having the same problem, but I haven't tried to restart my TiVo yet.  So I am going to go do that.

I can't, however, see the Tivo in decode manager either.

What are you supposed to see when you https://ip the Tivo?  All I see is something that says "Access Denied" or something.
