I notice that Roxio offers a refund if you are not 100% satisfied if you return the item within 30 days. As instructed, I tried going to www.findmyorder.com and getting a Return Authorization Number (RMA). However, after filling in the required information and clicking "submit," nothing happened -- the page stayed where it was. Then I tried navigating through the FAQ and found another link that allowed me to submit a request for a refund. I filled out this form many days ago, but haven't received any information (in particular, not even an acknowledgement that my request was received). Then I called Roxio's customer support, chose the Option for "refunds" and was directed to a Roxio web page. When I typed the URL, I got a message saying this page no longer exists.

So, my 30 days are almost up and I'm wondering if I can actually get a refund? Has anybody ever successfully gotten one from Roxio?

EMC 9 is just not working on my computer -- to slow, won't burn DVD's, hangs, etc.

Thanks.

Get all the info together and call Customer Service and tell them what you posted here.  This is only a user to user forum so we can't help you with this problem but I can tell you people have gotten a refund.
