If you are having some problems opening and running some editing functions in a V9 or V8 application, try opening the application using the Windows>Start>Programs> Easy Media Creator V 9 (or V8) > then select the application you want.
There seems to be a glitch in the Home>Applications navigation so that some of the programs do not open completely. One example is the missing two or three pan and zoom preview screens in Video Wave and the issue of the buttons in MyDVD not displaying properly. The may be others.
If this works for you, just create a shortcut to that application on your desktop rather than using the Home Application menu.
This is not the cure for opening Audio Disc Creator when it won't open.
That requires a registry edit. (third post down)
