I wish to create the best quality possible mp4 - h264 - 640x480 video's using Popcorn 2. What is the best Data Rate setting when the input is 720 x 480. I have been using 3000 kbps. Does a lower rate like 1500 make a significant difference in the quality? I have been setting the video quality at best - for DVD; is this the best option. How do the various maintain aspect ratio settings effect the final product viewing? The documentation for all these issues is very limited. My plan is to use my video's in conjunction with AppleTV, am I on the right track with my conversions? Is there another source for information on Popcorn 2.
