Hi can anyone help me i purchased easy media creator suite 9 a week ago and have made a few dvds from it but now when i try to make a dvd it say the following codecs need activating mpeg2 but when i click ok it comes up saying connecting to servers but then the window goes blank and i cant see anything as it just goes whit it done the same when i tried to register so i had to go too the site manually can anyone help?

that has happend to me too!! it said possibly due to incorrect key!!!

Turn off any pop-up blockers that may be running - that's usually the culprit
