Easy Media Creator 9 number of downloads times for installation

:) I was trying to download Easy Media Creator 9 on my computer when my network kept going down. Got message that after 5 times cannot get permission to download anymore. How can Iget mor permission. Was 75% in progress.

Contact customer services and explain what happened. They can reset the download counter for you

Is there a number for customer service,or who do I see for resetting downloads?

If you go to www.roxio.com and click on 'support - to the right there is a box with a link on it for Customer Services, depending on your country selection
