I just purchased Roxio 9.0, but the only download option I have is for the rebate coupon.
As this was a card purchased that went through successfully, don't you think I should be entitled to access my purchase sometime VERY SOON? Otherwise, how quickly might I cancel this ghost purchase?

Try to contact Roxio. You received an email from Roxio regarding the online purchase, did you?

If you didn't check to make sure your e-mail application didn't flag it as spam. If it is not there, contact sales again but set your spam filter to allow e-mail from Roxio.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
