when trying to re-install emc9, i get half way thru installation and i get the error message to load disk to continue,and my install disk is already in the drive.i have had problems with this program for about a month, but i still refuse to give up on emc9. can you help, can anyone help?

There could be a problem with the disc being dirty so first, give it a good cleaning.  If that doesn't work, try copying the file to your hard disk and installing it from the hard drive.
