Just how much longer is the fix for Sonic Solutions DLA going to take?

Roxio aren't even replying to technical support questions about this and I noticed they withdrew their chat support from the help page.

Premier Launch Partner???  What a joke!

From what I've read, the recent updates that took place for Vista has caused problems not only with Roxio but many other companies too.  I'd rather wait for a good fix than to just put something out there to make themselves look good.  Be patient, it's surely being worked on.

Perhaps you should check the MS forum and ask them why they changed the OS at launch. Stuff that should have worked (and not just Roxio) suddenly failed because of MS patching

The driver is fully compatible with Vista.  There is nothing that we could have changed to make it more compatible. See this post for details.

I am closing down this thread too.
