I have installed the program.  Upon launching the program it finds the media center programs.  It also finds my ipod and shows the remaining space available.  When using the convert feature the shows are converted, but not downloaded to itunes or my ipod.  Instead I get an exclamation point after the show is converted.  Any suggestions?

It's been a month and I'm sure you've either found your answer or given up but I thought I'd offer a suggestion. When you hold your mouse over the item, does the information below that normally contains the show info change and tell you something about checking your available disk space?

That happened to me and it was because I was running Vista.

Are you running Vista by chance?

If so, either disable the User Account Control in Control Panel/Users or right click the MyTVToGo icon in the Start menu and choose Run as Administrator.

That should help.
