I don't have Trend Microcillin.  I don't have Internet Explorer 7.  I don't have Media Player 11.  But this stupid program (what exactly is EZ about it?) crashes anyway.  Or it takes 10 minutes to load a directory of 30 files.  Or it won't play a movie so I can make chapters.  Can you believe they actually charge money for this garbage?

Instead of tacking an unintelligible remark to the end of an existing thread, why don't you start a new one, tell us just what the problem is, what program you're using and what your system specs are.
