error message how to fix error 03f2 8007007b

DURING THE INSTALLATION OF ROXIO CREATOR 9 I FOUND THIS ERROR MESSAGE AND I CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE INSTALLATION.

ANY SUGGESTION?

Turn off the caps lock and tell us what 'error message'

Also some system info, OS, etc

Well I'll answer for him/her

It's an internal error in Vista Home Premium 32-bit.
Pops up a box with just that: "03f2.8007007b error"

In my particular case it's a SONY laptop - if that matters.

I know it's my first post here, but with all respect due - not the best response to the previous guy.

I try to install RecordNow 7.3 update from Lenovo (RecordNow comes with my IBM laptop)
Error 03f2.8007007b appears after package integrity is verified
update is interrupted at this point
Machine is WinXP Professional

Siggestions for error 03f2.80070005 did not solve it.
I have current version of Windows installer and I've turned off personal firewall
There is no Windows Defender and there is nothing in the event log.
Plase help!
